Nostalgic summers by the lakes

This is a 12-inch aerial created over the past month and inspired by an image of a weird shaped lake I saw! I started with the lake and slowly added all the other shapes and elements around it and settled on corn rows and dry grass fields for a hot, summery feeling. I completed the landscape with the small details of boats and animals.
