It means life

This artwork was a lot of fun! Its almost entirely new techniques for me, with the felt dyed with watercolour, lots of beads and applique with felt. Its directly based on the internal structures of an animal cell, with the nucleus (plus nuclear pores and the nucleolus), mitochondria, the animal cell membrane, ribosomes and lysosomes!
